What you saw there in the youtube video is a server with a zombie gamemode. A gamemode which was maade by a person specifically for FiveM. FiveM server scripts can not be used anywhere else, but FiveM. Just like you can't use singleplayer mods in FiveM. Singleplayer and multiplayer are two different things. These two modes can't share things.
